This farm, started by the late Art Rooney, has held historic significance in the Maryland Horse Racing Community as one of Maryland's most influential Thoroughbred breeding facilities since 1948.

The Farm is still operating, permission to view items is only on Preview Days stated above, unless other arrangements are made with Wachter Auctions and Appraisals.

• Buyer's Premium: 10% for cash, check payments for bids won at the live auction, 15% for credit card payments for bids won at the live auction, 12% for check and 15% for credit card payments for bids won through the online simulcast.
• There will be absolutely NO shipping from Wachter Auctions & Appraisals for this auction.
